iwilldo privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains how the iwilldo app for iPhone ("the app"), published by Humanly ("we"), handles your information. In short: the app collects no data about you. Everything you write stays on your device.
1. What the app stores
The app stores, only on your iPhone:
- the tasks you write down, with their due dates and the status of each one (done, dismissed, archived);
- your preferences, such as the language you chose and whether sound is on or off.
This information is kept in the app's own storage and in an area it shares with the home screen widget, so that the widget can show the day's list. None of it is sent to us or to third parties.
2. What the app does not do
- It does not ask for an account, sign-up, name or email.
- It does not connect to the internet and does not send your notes to any server.
- It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, or third-party components for those purposes.
- It does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
3. Backup and Apple
If iPhone backup is turned on (to iCloud or to a computer), the app's data may be included in it. That backup is made by Apple, under your account and according to Apple's privacy policy; we have no access to it.
Apple may also give us aggregated, anonymous statistics about the app, such as the number of installs and crash reports, coming only from people who agreed to share this data in their iPhone settings. They do not identify you and do not include your notes.
4. How to delete your data
You can delete tasks inside the app. To remove everything, delete the app from your device: the data goes with it. Since we keep no copy, there is nothing to delete on our side.
5. Children
The app collects no data from anyone, and that includes children and teenagers.
6. When you write to us
If you send us an email, we will receive your address and whatever you write. We use this information only to reply and do not share it.
7. Your rights
Laws such as the LGPD in Brazil and the GDPR in the European Union give you rights such as accessing, correcting and deleting your personal data. Since the app sends us no data, you exercise these rights directly on your device. For emails you have sent us, just ask using the contact below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if the app gains a feature that changes what is described here. The date at the top shows the version in force.
