iwilldo terms of use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms apply to the iwilldo app for iPhone ("the app"), published by Humanly ("we"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

iwilldo is a personal to-do list. You write down what you intend to do, with or without a due date, and the app works out what belongs in each day. It includes a widget for the iPhone home screen.

2. License

You may install and use the app, for personal purposes, on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it may be revoked if you break these terms.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or rent the app, or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Your notes

What you write in the app is yours. The app has no account and no sign-up, and your notes are stored only on your device. We do not receive them, we have no access to them and we keep no copy.

This means that:

How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

4. Proper use

Use the app in accordance with the law. Do not try to get around the security mechanisms of the app or the system, or use the app to harm other people.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, its design and its code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. These terms give you no rights over them beyond the license in section 2.

6. Updates and availability

We may change, update or stop offering the app at any time. We do not commit to providing support, publishing fixes or keeping any specific feature.

7. No warranties

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions, or that it will suit a particular purpose. In particular, the app is a memory aid and does not replace your own control over important deadlines and commitments.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from the use of the app or from being unable to use it, including lost notes and missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Apple

These terms are an agreement between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it.

These terms add to Apple's standard license agreement for apps (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If the two conflict, Apple's standard agreement prevails.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. If you keep using the app after a change, the change applies to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
